Disclaimer: A goal of Melrose Community Power is to produce savings for customers. Savings, however, cannot be guaranteed compared to your utility’s basic service rate which changes every six months for Residential and Small Business customers, and every three months for Large Business/Industrial customers. The Melrose Community Power program seeks to provide price stability and average savings over the duration of the program, but because future basic service rates are not known, there is no guarantee of savings. Program prices could increase as a result of a change in law that results in a direct, material increase in costs during the term of the electricity supply agreement.
